Cazul este unul spectaculos, si tot ce putem face e sa speram ca nu este unul singular si ca astfel investitiile in infrastructura isi dovedesc utilitatea nu numai in acest domeniu, ci pe viitor le-ar putea suplini chiar si pe cele in sanatate: "Am fost anuntati la 112 ca un barbat s-a inecat cu o bucata de mar. Un echipaj al Serviciului Ambulanta s-a deplasat de urgenta la adresa indicata si a preluat victima. Am constatat ca este vorba despre barbat in varsta de 52 de ani caruia ii ramasese o bucata din marul pe care-l manca pe traiectul respirator. Bucata de fruct ii bloca bronhia stanga, nelasand astfel aerul sa patrunda in plamanul respectiv. Pacientul avea o jena atunci cand incerca sa respire si culoarea fetei incepuse sa i se schimbe. I-am administrat oxigen si l-am transportat la Spitalul Clinic de Urgenta din Galati, pentru stabilizare", a declarat dr. Mihai Polinschi, seful Serviciului Judetean de Ambulanta Galati. Medicii de la spital au decis insa transportarea pacientului catre Bucuresti, pentru ca la Galati nu aveau un dispozitiv special necesar pentru interventia medicala. Ajunsa in apropierea municipiului Buzau, ambulanta care-l transporta pe galatean a intrat direct intr-o groapa din asfalt, moment in care barbatul a inceput sa tuseasca puternic, intr-un final reusind sa elimine bucata de mar cu care se inecase. Pildele acestui eveniment pot fi multe: Ambulantele ar trebui de-acum inainte sa foloseasca doar drumuri comunale si forestiere, iar soferii acestora care ocolesc gropile ar trebui amendati nu numai pentru ca pun in pericol vietile celorlalti participanti la trafic, ci si pe cele ale pacientilor. In plus, economistii ar face bine sa o lase mai moale si cu analiza cost-beneficiu si cu cea calitativa. Care dintre ei a luat in calcul beneficiu salvarii unei vieti omenesti (si probabil ca nu este singura) ca urmare a unei investitii publice defectuase?! Ce s-ar fi intamplat daca investitia ar fi fost facuta ca la carte si nu exista groapa “salvatoare”? Daca, Doamne fereste, pacientul ar fi murit pe drum? Cine ar fi fost responsabil? Ca sa nu mai spun ca presa, in loc sa ii ridice o oda primarului municipiului Buzau sau macar soferului care nu a vazut groapa, si-a concentrat atentia asupra pacientului. Ca si cum el ar fi avut vreun merit?! |
