Concurenta loiala este piatra filosofala a Consiliilor Concurentei din toata lumea. In realitate, distribuirea resurselor in functie de loialiatatea manifestata in concurenta pentru acestea are o aplicabilitate pur politica. Ministrii, in cazul actual Romaniei in special cei de sex feminin, sunt rasplatiti cu bugete in functie de loialitatea manifestata fata de “ordonatorul principal de credite”. Si guvernantii par a fi multumiti de modul in care functioneaza aceasta redistribuire, asa ca au anuntat ca Guvernul va finaliza in iarna o ordonanta care reglementeaza concurenta neloiala. Cu alte cuvinte, vor sa extinda logica actiunii politice la nivelul celei economice. Si asta in pofida faptului ca reglementatorii au propriile lor dileme. "Cele mai mari dificultati pe care le avem sunt la nivelul autoritaţilor publice, unde nu putem aplica prevederile pe care le aplicam companiilor. Dar orice decizie a autoritaţilor publice are efect asupra mediului de afaceri. Suntem in lupta cu balaurul: eliminam un obstacol, dar apar doua, trei în loc, la fel ca in cazul capetelor balaurului", a afirmat unul dintre mebrii Consiliului Concurentei. Singura solutie, pe care reglementatorii refuza evident s-o ia in calcul, este exterminarea balaurului, inclusiv taierea capului cel mai indaratnic al acestuia, Consiliul Concurentei. |




Institutiile de tipul Consiliul Concurentei sunt printre cele mai daunatoare creatii ale statului din ultimul secol. Practic, ele nu sunt altceva decat un vehicul prin care se face trafic de influenta, un instrument in mainile diferitelor grupuri de interese economice ce refuza in mod real concurenta pietei in favoarea arbitrajului (evident platit) al statului. Extrem de interesanta este insa preluarea graduala a unui termen specific unui alt domeniu, celui politic, si introducerea sa in domeniul economic. Termenul de baza pe care isi bazeaza activitatea aceste institutii este unul caracteristic concurentei politice: loialitatea.
