Cu totul altfel stau lucrurile, insa, cand avem de-a face cu experti, specialisti si tehnocrati, acele fiinte cvasi metalice aflate pe o treapta superioara in procesul evolutiei birocratice a umanitatii. Frazele curg liniar, omul pare disparut din cadru, se aude doar vocea unei instante impersonale, care traduce inflexibil din marea carte a naturii. Sau a Uniunii Europene, in cazul comisarului european pentru agricultura, originar din Romania. Intr-un interviu recent, Dacian Ciolos a facut mai multe recomandari esentiale pentru destinul taranului. Totul ambalat in retorica neutra si conceptele clasice decupate din hartogaraia bruxelleza. Ideea fundamentala ar fi ca, pentru a-si depasi statutul actual, “fermierul” roman trebuie impozitat la sange, in primul rand pentru interesul sau. “…e un instrument important pentru ca fara aceasta scoatere la lumina a productiei agricole nu poti sa vorbesti de dezvoltare prin investitii si modernizare. N-are cum sa se duca un fermier la banca sa ia un credit, sau chiar sa ia fonduri europene, daca n-are o minima contabilitate si daca n-are o idee minima despre cat cheltuieste si cat produce”. Ratiunea economica se contorsioneaza in fata unor asemenea ipoteze de lucru, servite drept argumente. Insa, dupa ce lasi in urma socul initial si stilul stereotip, descoperi un sistem de gandire concentrat in cuvintele cheie: “reforma politicii agrare comune”. In fapt, nu este vorba de nicio liberalizare sau ceva asemanator. Ci doar de introducerea unei agende “verzi” si a altor socialisme sub paravanul unui cuvant atat de prietenos precum “reforma”. Pentru omul de la tara nu se anunta nimic bun, prioritatile fiind, pe langa fiscalizarea urgenta, “organizarea si asocierea fermierilor, comasarea terenurilor agricole faramitate, colectarea, stocarea si comercializarea productiei”. Toate aceste idei suna a colectivizare soft, dar nu reprezinta vreo noutate sau ceva revolutionar, poate doar in sensul originar al termenului. Lucrul remarcabil il constituie adulatia pe care acesti ingineri sociali o trezesc in randul publicului semicultivat. Nimic nu pare sa-i atinga, iar orice esec, in cazul in care este remarcat, va fi pus pe seama autoritatilor locale (nationale). Explicatia pentru prestigiul de care se bucura acesti experti consta, cred, in depasirea categoriilor politice traditionale. Detasati din sistemul ultrablamat al partidelor, specialistii sunt expediati la un nivel la care criticile nu ii mai pot atinge in mod curent, in timp ce politicienii primesc loviturile de rigoare. Astfel, orice idee, cat de nastrusnica ar fi, capata o respectabilitate subita, cat timp provine din gandirea unui tehnocrat spilcuit, si este prezentata in jargonul ilizbil al filozofiei comunitare. In tot acest timp, lumea din pestera sta nemiscata si injura defilarea umbrelor. |




Aberatiile oferite de oficialii guvernamentali de pretutindeni constituie o buna parte din materia prima a presei. In acelasi timp, sunt un prilej excelent de ping-pong politic intre competitorii pentru spoliere legala, spre incantarea galeriilor de partid. Deci, nimic prea amuzant in inventarierea prostiilor cotidiene.
